• Room and space is extremely limited. Reservations will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please read through ALL details below.

• The Estate is comprised of the main villa in addition to on-site apartments within multiple farmhouses. All bed sizes are doubles or singles.

• This is a large estate with the farmhouses being a 10-15 min hilly walk from the Villa. On-site transportation will be available and operating continuously on event days for those staying on site.

• The cost to reserve a room is $600 USD + VAT for the full duration of your stay; we kindly let you know that reserving a room is non-refundable and must be paid in advance. Payment for VAT (tourism tax) is required and must be completed during check-in.

• Detailed information regarding check-in, check-out, and payment will be communicated upon request.

• Siena’s city center is a 15 min drive away.

• On-site parking is available at the Estate.
